Cash for Clunkers: Uncle Sugar’s Auto Mall

Raoul Lufberry sent me this video a few weeks ago.  He said, “Libertarians usually don’t do comedy well, but this is well done.”  It’s sure to be a classic.  I love the second to last line: “Concentrated Benefits, Dispersed Costs.”  Enjoy.
